Ok so today I was browsing through my fashion feeds and I stumbled across this from Chanel’s Cruise collecetion show:

I must admit when I first saw these shoes I thought of New Orleans and our trigger happy population. While the show was filled with seventies blonde wigs, bathing suits, and rock n’ roll lace pieces, these black and metalic silver platforms were the main attraction.

Though a very creative way to channel the rock n’ roll, pimp era of the seventies, could this be the next fashion trend we have to look forward to? In New Orleans, do we really want to promote gun-slinging in our already crime battered city?

I swear, if I start to see people walking around with guns on their shoes, I may have to leave my beloved! What are yall thinking about this?
